What we require before shipment

All cutting tools must pass a paper-cut sharpness test. No dull edges accepted — not one.

Zero burrs on any cutting surface. Every edge smooth and clean before it leaves the factory.

Magnetic closure must hold shut when held upside down with all 7 tools inside.

Leather wrap shows zero lifting or peeling at corners on arrival.

Pre-production golden sample approved by us before mass production begins.

10% of every order inspected with photo documentation before shipment.

Maximum 2% defect rate. Any order exceeding this is replaced at manufacturer cost.
