At NOIR Oral Care, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Returns You have 14 days from the date you received your order to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened, unused, and in the same condition that you received it, in its original packaging.
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used oral care products.
Return Shipping Customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email. If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Damaged or Defective Items If you received a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and we will make it right at no cost to you.
How to Start a Return Email us at support@noiroralcare.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 1-2 business days with next steps.
Final Sale Items Promotional or discounted items are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund.
