Thank you for shopping with NOIR Oral Care. Here is everything you need to know about how we ship your order.

Processing Time All orders are processed within 2-3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates Free shipping is available on all orders over $75 CAD. Orders under $75 CAD will be charged a flat shipping rate calculated at checkout based on your location.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • Canada: 7-14 business days
  • United States: 7-14 business days
  • International: 7-14 business days

Please note these are estimates and not guarantees. Delays may occur due to customs, weather, or carrier issues outside of our control.

International Orders International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country upon delivery. NOIR Oral Care is not responsible for these additional charges and they are non-refundable.

Order Tracking Once your order ships you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery status directly with the carrier.

Lost or Stolen Packages NOIR Oral Care is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery. If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package please contact your local carrier first, then reach out to us at support@noiroralcare.com and we will do our best to help.

Incorrect Address Please double check your shipping address before placing your order. NOIR Oral Care is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address. If you notice an error contact us immediately at support@noiroralcare.com and we will try to correct it before the order ships.
